.00 - 11.50 Sauvignon – 7 wines: An international grape variety for its excellent characteristics, Sauvignon is able to adapt to diverse terroirs while still expressing its full potential.

.00 – 12.50 Spumanti – 7 wines: The Charmat or Champenoise method? Different styles and typologies of spumanti are presented together with the legends behind the bubbles.

.00 – 13.50 Pinot nero – 7 wines: This red grape variety that for centuries was cultivated in Borgogna has since surpassed its borders with optimum results. Donato Lanati offers a look into how this grape variety adapted excellently to our own climate in Italy.

.00 – 18.50 Sangiovese – 7 wines: The Sangiovese grape is the most highly productive variety in the Italian peninsula. It has found its perfect climate in this country, giving different results according to its zones. The wine-tasting will showcase Sangiovese wines that express different territories.

.00 – 19.50 Nebbiolo – 7 wines: A picky grape of limited adaptability, the Nebbiolo has found its ideal terroir in the northern region of Piedmont, where the techniques and aging give us a great wine that all the world envies: Barolo.

.00 – 20.50 Wines of the South – 7 wines: Sun, sea, palm trees, olive groves, and of course sprawling vineyards define the southern Italian landscape. Southern Italy has, in just a few years, claimed a spot in the top wines of the national oenological world thanks to well-tended viticulture that strives for the highest quality.

.00 – 21.50 Dessert – 7 wines: Dessert is an indulgence appreciated after any meal – the cherry on top, so to speak. It’s important to pair it with excellent wine. In this tasting we have the foremost Italian dessert wines, which are the final products of passion, care, and great patience.
