On April 6 Academia Barilla will celebrate the #CarbonaraDay, the second edition of a very special event to pay homage to one of the world’s most famous recipes!
Together with the associations of Pasta Industries and with all pasta lovers, we would like to dedicate a day to this iconic dish to promote its countless forms of interpretations worldwide , inspire foodies, and invite them to share their own recipes on social media while stimulating debates.
Express your art and passion for Italian cuisine preparing a Carbonara for your family or friends using your preferred pasta shape and ingredients, wherever you are. Like the winner of the Barilla Pasta World Championship 2017, Chef Accursio Lotà of the “Solare” restaurant in San Diego, who won last year international competition with his Sea Carbonara thanks to a contemporary recipe.
Join the April 6 event by simply posting a photo or short video of a dish of Carbonara Pasta on your Instagram, Facebook or Twitter pages simply adding to the text the hashtags #CarbonaraDay, #academiabarilla and #barilla that will be used to promote the event online.
