- 4 squid
- breadcrumbs
- parsley
- garlic
- extra virgin olive oil

Preparation
20 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
Clean the squid and remove the tentacle tips, which will be used for the stuffing, mincing and mixing them with chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley, the whole thing mixed with olive oil.
Stuff the squid with this soft smooth mixture, then place them in a pan with oil, add a bit of water and cook.
Once cooked, brown lightly in a hot oven (400°F). Serve hot.
