Ingredients
- slice home-made bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100% Italian Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
5 minutes preparation + 3 minutes cooking
Toast the slices of bread and rub them with the garlic. Arrange them on a serving plate, season with salt and pepper (if desired) and sprinkle generously with olive oil. This is a simple, country-style preparation, very common in the Lazio region.
