Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons bread
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon capers
- 1 anchovy
- vinegar
- 100% Italian Organic
- salt
Preparation
10 minutes preparation
Pass the soft part of a bread loaf through a sieve, chop the capers and anchovy and mix with parsley and garlic, adding 100% Italian Organic and vinegar to taste.
Use freshly-chopped parsley: if you leave it to rest it will ferment and acquire a strong flavor.
