Academia Barilla offers a 4-day gourmet tour, available year-round, designed to bring you peace of mind and stimulate your appetite. Spend four peaceful days receiving professional spa treatments at Villa Eden Spa and hands-on cooking classes taught by Academia Barilla chefs.

Program

Day 1 • Benvenuti a Parma

Arrive in Parma and check into your luxury hotel room.
Visit the city. Head into the center for a traditional Italian aperitivo.
Visit the elegant, full-service Villa Eden Spa: indulge in a beauty treatment or purifying massage, then make a trip to the steam rooms or Turkish baths.
Lunch and dinner provided at the city’s top restaurants.

Day 2 • The Pleasure of Taste

Visit local Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma producers. Taste the region’s top products.
Take a walk around the Castello di Torrechiara, a 15th-century castle located in Langhirano, just south of Parma.
Hands-on cooking class with Academia Barilla Chefs. Learn the secrets of regional Italian cuisine, then enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Day 3 • The Pleasure of Well-Being

Enjoy a relaxing walk along the street of Parma or ride a bike throughout the center of town, stopping to visit the city’s museums, markets and specialty food and wine shops.
Return to Villa Eden Spa, where special, revitalizing treatments based on grape extracts await you. Then join us for a tasting of Italian sparkling wine.

Day 4 • Arrivederci
