Pecorino Toscano - DOP





Produced in the heart of Tuscany's Maremma region, between the salty sea winds and the bitter herbal aromas of the Apennines, this pecorino blossoms under the hands of the local artisan cheese makers. One of the very few cheeses granted the right to carry the Protected Designation of Origin distinction, it is made from milk collected and processed in a strictly delimited geographic area.

Characteristics

Flavor: robust yet delightful, carries a bouquet of precious aromas.
