Academia Barilla S.p.A., a company always fully compliant with the Italian Law, as prime responsible for the treatment of such data, chose as its legal responsible for the abovementioned treatment a company named Promoservice S.r.L, registered office Viale Mentana 92, 43100 Parma, as far as information requests an promotional publishing is concerned, and Quality Assurance Service Barilla, in the person of its ad-interim Chief Officer, as far as technical product information is concerned.
In particular he will be responsible - employing ITC, and if necessary ordinary manual tools - for all personal data according to the above stated purposes; its approach is strictly bound to the above-mentioned purposes and in any case will guarantee absolute privacy for all users.
Personal data of all Web site's visitors will be stored by Promoservice S.r.L, Viale Mentana n° 92, 43100 Parma and will be eventually divulged within Barilla Group according to Art. 20.1 letter h of the Italian Law nr. 675 of December 31st 1996.
