Leggere di Gusto was a series of events where accoplished Italian writers came to speak in Academia Barilla about their work, and about the connection between literature and culinary arts.
Four artists presented their novels. At the end of each interview session Nicola Bindini, the executive chef of Academia Barilla, presented an authentic recipe linked to the writer's work.
Afterwards, Academia Barilla hosted a tasting session where the guests of the event enjoyed both the dish presented by Nicola Bindini and the products of Academia Barilla.
