Academia Barilla at the Gourmet Institute, New York, October 22-24, 2004
The Good Living Travel Pavilion has been an integral part of the Gourmet Institute -
a high profile 3-day event comprised of culinary seminars and fine dining events.
At the Gourmet Institute Academia Barilla represented the best that the Italian gastronomic tradition has to offer. It hosted countless product tasting sessions where the Gourmet Institute participants savoured Parmigiano Reggiano, pecorino, extra virgin olive oils, and balsamic vinegars from Modena.
At the Gourmet Institute lunches Academia Barilla hosted a special Italian buffet featuring
matured cheeses and Prosciutto di Parma.
