The world of artistry and fine living stand at the very core of Academia Barilla DNA. At the "Italian Living Pavilion," broadly recognized as the most beautiful and original at the Gourmet Housewares Show, Academia Barilla presented its collection of premier Italian food products as well as its educational and cultural program. Alongside Missoni, Alessi and many others, Academia Barilla completed the pavilion's mission to demonstrate the Italian style of fine dining.

Academia Barilla also hosted the Inaugural dinner of the "Italian Living Pavilion." The menu was designed by one of the rising stars of Italian gastronomy in the US and a visiting chef at Academia Barilla: Scott Conant of New York's "L'Impero" restaurant.
