- 1 ¾ oz sultanas
- 1 ¾ oz hazelnuts
- 1 ¾ oz almonds
- 1 ¾ oz mixed candied fruit
- 1 ¾ oz walnut kernels
- salt and pepper to taste
- nutmeg to taste
- 1 ¾ oz chocolate drops
- 1 lb honey
- 7 oz all-purpose flour
20 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking
Put into a rotary shredder the raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, candied fruit, and walnuts and slice into large pieces.
Put the shredded mixture into a large container.
Blend in the salt, the pepper, the chocolate chips and the grated nutmeg.
Add the honey and mix.
Keep adding flour until a firm dough has formed.
Take some small pieces from the dough.
Shape into rolls and brush with honey. Bake for 15 minutes.
