Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops
- 3 ½ oz pork sausage
- 1 eggplant, small
- 2 zucchini
- 4 amaretti cookies or macaroons
- 1 apple
- 4 ½ oz semolina
- 1 lemon
- 3 ½ oz sugar
- 7 oz all-purpose flour
- 6 eggs
- ⅝ lb breadcrumbs
- 4 cups milk
- frying oil to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation
45 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
Step 1
Flour the ingredients separately, lace the oil and butter in a pan and start browning the chicken giblets.

Step 2
Next, add the sausage, frog’s legs, the cremini mushrooms.

Step 3
Carefully wash eggplants and slice regularly. Flour well. Fry till golden brown on both sides in oil and butter.

Step 4
Do the same with the zucchini, then the pumpkin flowers, the apple slices, and finally the mushrooms that have already been cleaned.

Step 5
Once they are all golden brown, season all the ingredients with salt and pepper and cover in breadcrumbs.
Fry separately in abundant olive oil, starting with the zucchini.

Step 6
Fry the apples, then the other ingredients, and drain well after frying.
