Mix the flour with the salt, baking soda and cream of tartar a little at a time using warm water, and work to obtain a firm and homogeneous dough. When the dough has risen well, work it once more with a little oil. Grease the oven pan, lay the dough in it and create a layer 1/2 inch thick. Dress the surface of the dough with the tomato sauce, onion, cubes of Tuma, small pieces of anchovies, the black olive pulp, the oregano, pepper and olive oil. Bake the pizza in a hot oven (350°) for 20 minutes. Slice when warm and serve.
