Grease an oven dish with some olive oil and dust with bread crumbs. Arrange the anchovies open in layers. Separately, work the bread crumbs with parsley, garlic, chopped capers, black olives, pitted and cut into small pieces, chili pepper, basil, and a pinch of salt. Alternate a layer of anchovies and a layer of bread-crumb mixture, finishing off with a layer of bread crumbs. Add a dribble of oil before baking for about 15 minutes at 325°.
