15 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking
Pour the yogurt into a large bowl and mix in the sugar, oil, salt, lemon peel, eggs and flour sifted with the yeast. Mix well. Pour into a cake pan, greased with oil and floured. Level off the batter with a spatula and carefully place apple slices around the top. Bake in a 350 °F oven for 25-30 minutes. The cake should be done when you stick a toothpick in it and it comes out clean. Remove the cake from the oven, let cool, remove from the pan and place on a serving dish.
