- 5 oz blueberries
- 5 oz wild strawberries
- 5 oz raspberries
- 5 oz red currants
- 2 egg whites
- 1 lemon
- 4 oz sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder
- 12 amaretti cookies or macaroons
Preparation
18 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking
Wash and clean the pieces of fruit, dry carefully, then sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with the sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Amaretti biscuits. Distribute in four single portion oven-dishes and cover with the egg whites beaten to stiff peaks. Put the dishes into a hot oven until the surface of the meringue turns golden.
