Warm Peas and Peppers

A rich and colourful dish to eat healthy seasonal vegetables

Ingredients: Per 6 servings

  • 1 ¼ lb peas
  • 1 ¾ oz red pepper
  • 1 ¾ oz yellow pepper
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • lemon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt
  • ground pepper


Dice the peppers and cut the lemon peel into slices. Sauté a peeled garlic clove in a little oil. As soon as it becomes golden, remove from the pan. Pour oil onto the peppers and peas. Add a sprig of rosemary and the lemon peel. Let the vegetables absorb the heat and flavor of the oil.
