Wash the vegetables. Steam the zucchini and carrots, cut into little sticks. Place the green lettuce at the center of a serving dish. Add the cooked vegetables and the mozzarella cut into cubes. Drizzle with a citronnett dressing made of extra virgin olive oil and lemon, and serve.
