Crudite in Agrodolce (Sweet and Sour Sauce)

Ingredients: Per 4 servings

  • 7 oz savoy cabbage
  • ¾ oz raisins
  • walnut kernel
  • chervil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the cabbages into thin strips, after having removed the leaves from the core. Place in a bowl. Add raisins, previously soften in warm water, and a dozen walnuts. Make a vinaigrette by blending 1/4 cup oil with 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Finish with chervil and serve.
