Ingredients: Per 4 servings
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ oz starch
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 ½ oz sugar
- 4 oranges
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 3 ½ tablespoons whipping cream
- orange zests to taste
Prepare a cream with the yolks, sugar, starch and milk.
When it has become dense, remove from the heat and add the juice and grated peel from the oranges.
Leave for a short while in the fridge.
Serve this flavorsome cream, cold, in dessert bowls decorated with a curl of whipped cream and a piece of candied orange peel, dusted with cinnamon.
