  • 2 lb all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz buckwheat flour
  • butter
  • salt

Preparation

25 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking

Mix the two flours together with water and salt. Leave the dough to rest for some hours, then roll out a very thin layer onto a very hot iron plate. Put the plate onto a red-hot flame and when the dough is well-cooked, grease with a little butter and salt. According to taste, rub the surface with a clove of garlic. To obtain a good result, spread a layer of dough that is thin as possible.
