Ricotta-cheese focaccia

Ingredients: Per 4 servings

  • 7 oz all-purpose flour
  • 7 oz ricotta cheese
  • 7 oz sugar
  • lemon zest, grated
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 2 ½ oz raisins , soaked in rum and water
  • 1 ¾ oz dark chocolate, sliced
  • salt

Preparation:

Amalgamate all the ingredients in a casserole. Leave the mixture for half an hour in a cool place. Butter and coat in flour an oven-dish, put the preparation into it and bake for about one hour in a hot oven (425°).

Allow to cool and turn out onto the serving plate, then dust with powdered sugar.

The focaccia should be placed in the oven when it is already hot.
