Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 7 oz sugar
  • 1 ¾ oz almonds, fresh, peeled
  • 3 ½ oz bread, roasted
  • 1 cup liqueur

Preparation

20 minutes preparation + 25 minutes cooking

Whisk well the egg yolks and sugar, then add the liqueur and the ground almonds. Mix in the powdered bread, and finally only 5 egg whites whisked until stiff. Bake in a moderate oven.
