35 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking

Cook the turnip tops slowly in a pan with the salt, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil and chili pepper.

Line an oven-dish with a sheet of dough and spread on top a layer of vegetable no thicker than 0.8 inch, covering this with another sheet of dough.

Prick the surface with the prongs of a fork and brush with egg yolk and a twist of white pepper.

Bake in a hot oven (400°) until the surface is nicely golden.
