- 8 bread slices
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- all-purpose flour to taste
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
30 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking
Remove the crust from the slices of bread and soak them lightly in the milk.
Put between the two slices of bread, two slices of Mozzarella and two anchovy fillets.
Press together so that the sandwich sticks well: you can lay the bread slides in the flour just before you dip them in beaten egg.
Dip the edges in beaten egg with a little milk and then fry in abundant oil, turning them so that they are golden all over.
