45 minutes preparation + 30 minutes cooking
Mix the cooked grape must with olive oil, add a powder yeast dose and enough flour to make a firm dough. If necessary add sugar or honey to taste. Mix well and shape the dough into cylinders 1,8 inches in diameter. Press them to obtain small baguettes the size of a finger, then cut them to make diamonds 3,2 inches long. Line up the mostaccioli on an oven sheet, greased with butter or oil and bake at 425°F for about 30 minutes.
