15 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking

Arrange the Squilla Mantis in layers, sprinkle with the mixture made from garlic, parsley and bread crumbs, then pour over a glass of white wine, and season with pepper and salt. Put in a pot, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes. The cooking liquid is mouth-watering!
