15 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking

Peel the potatoes and the onions, cut into small pieces, and leave to cook in a pan in a little oil until they are beginning to break up, adding water to avoid them browning. Season with salt. Cut the cheeses into small pieces and add when the potatoes are cooked. Stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture. This preparation goes well with polenta.
