  • lb chestnut flour
  • lard
  • milk
  • salt

Preparation

15 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking

Mix the flour with a small amount of water and milk, salt moderately, and form into small balls. Squash these to obtain some rounds of about 4 inches, cook them in a greased pan and serve hot.
