Desserts and Fruit
- 7 oz all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ oz butter
- 3 ½ oz sugar
- 1 egg
25 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
Mix flour, sugar, egg, butter and a pinch of salt. Roll out the dough 0.2 inch thick and prepare some disks 4 inches in diameter. Place in the center of each a teaspoon of jam and close the disks to make tortelli.
Bake at 350° until golden and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
