30 minutes preparation + 4 hours and 40 minutes cooking

Use the batter to prepare the crêpes in appropriate buttered pans. Stuff them with the filling, line them up in 2 copiously buttered pans, and cover with meat sauce, mushrooms and some small pieces of butter scattered here and there. Put into the oven, brown the surface, and serve hot with grated Parmesan on the side.
