Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and put them upside down to drain. In a bowl, put the bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, pounded basil, salt, and pepper, and amalgamate with a little water and a tablespoon of oil. Use this mixture to fill the tomato halves, arrange them in an oven pan and place in a hot oven (400°F) sprinkled with olive oil, and leave to cook for as long as necessary.
