25 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking

Clean and gut the cod and cut them into fairly thick slices. In a pan, sauté the garlic in the oil and cook for 10 minutes or so the pitted olives cut into small pieces. Add the slices of cod and when almost completely cooked, adjust the salt and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
