- 8 bell peppers
- ½ lb tomatoes
- frying oil
- salt and pepper

15 minutes preparation + 20 minutes cooking
Roast the peppers on a grill, peel them, seed them, and cut into strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and add the tomatoes in small pieces. Continue cooking for about 15 minutes over medium heat, add the peppers and leave to gain flavor with the addition of salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
