  • 1 lb potatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • red pepper
  • salt

Preparation

15 minutes preparation + 15 minutes cooking

Boil the potatoes in salted water, peel them and mash them. Cook in a pan with a clove of garlic and olive oil for ten minutes. Add hot chili pepper in large pieces and cook for a further five minutes over moderate heat. Serve hot.
