Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 3 pinches cinnamon
  • 2 packages vanilla powder (or vanilla extract)
  • 2 ½ oz unsweetened cocoa powder
  • sugar
  • Strega liqueur

Preparation

25 minutes preparation + 5 minutes cooking

Hard boil the eggs, then shell them and split them in half separating the yolks from the whites. Thoroughly mix the yolks into all the other ingredients to obtain a paste that is not too soft, then fill the shells of egg white, previously set aside, and after lightly flouring them, pass them through some egg white beaten to form peaks.

Fry in abundant oil. Arrange on a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
