15 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
Put a piece of stale bread on each plate. Gently fry the thinly sliced onion in the olive oil. Prepare some chopped garlic and parsley, and add to the frying onions with a little salt. When the onion is golden, add the peeled tomatoes split in two and a little boiling water, to keep everything soft. When it starts to boil again, pour the “Acquasale” directly into the plates on top of the stale bread and serve hot. Add, if you like, a little crumbled chili pepper.
