15 minutes preparation + 10 minutes cooking
Clean and wash the red mullets and dry them. On the kitchen table, lay out sheets of grease-proof paper and put the fish on top, salt it, and add the garlic and a dribble of olive oil. Close the paper and arrange on a suitable grill already hot. When the red mullets are cooked, you can tell from the aroma which emanates from the paper packets and the swelling of the paper. Serve immediately still wrapped in paper.
