Auditorium
The perfect place for presentations, conventions, press conferences, cooking demonstrations, theoretical lessons, tastings and dinners. The room is equipped with a demonstration kitchen.
Demo 1 - Demonstration Kitchen
This room houses a professional kitchen and is used for personalized cooking classes and unique gastronomic experiences.
Demo2 - Demonstration kitchen for groups
This area includes a complete professional kitchen. It is used for cooking classes, product demonstrations and tastings for small groups.
Bakery
A multifunctional baking lab with special ovens for bread, pastry and pizza making. The room can accommodate both individuals or groups.
Sensory Analysis Laboratory
A place designed specifically for sensorial analysis and product tastings. The space is also used for theoretical classes and demonstrations on the art of Italian gastronomy.
Acquarium
A splendid room with two glass walls allowing you to observe the Academia Barilla Chefs in action. The room is used for cooking classes, presentations, seminars and corporate dinners.
Training Room
16 professional cooking stations available to anyone interested in going up against our team of Academia Barilla Chefs.
Gastronomic Library
A unique collection of over 8,500 books pertaining to the art of gastronomy. The library is open to everyone, scholars and food lovers alike.
