How to store salt

  • How to store saltHow to store salt

Salt is a mineral compound that has always been used to preserve food. In order to maintain the fundamental characteristics of salt, all you have to do is follow these simple rules:

  • Store it in a cool, dry place, far from any sources of heat or sun light
  • Store it in a container that can be well closed after each use
  • If you are using flavored salts, only open the container when necessary so that the aromas of the herbs do not disappear

In order to bring out the flavors of any dish that you are cooking, salt should be used sparingly.
