April 19: Le ombre di Montelupo by Valerio Varesi, prereleased in Europe (Frassinelli, 2005).
An opportunity to taste tagliatelle ai funghi e prosciutto, a dish from the mountains outside Parma.
April 26: Qualcosa di buono by Sveva Casati Modignani (Sperling & Kupfer, 2004).
Served with Milanese-style risotto.
