Discover the secrets of yeast, dough, and homemade bread, learning tricks and bread recipes that use ingredients like bold herbs and infusions. Bread is the theme of this demo with Giovanni Gandino, from the popular television program Alice, who will lead us in a journey through “Bread, Pizza, and Focaccia” with recipes from the same-titled book published by Academia Barilla. Finish with a bread tasting of all types paired with salumi, cheeses, pizza, and focaccia.

The famous oenologist Donato Lanati will present to the public, for the first time ever, his innovative wine tasting method through a series of seven not-to-be-missed sessions that tell the story of great Italian wines. For each session, seven different wines are tasted, from Brunello to Spumante and Passito di Pantelleria to Sangiovese, which match splendidly with traditional dishes of area.
