Academia Barilla will  transform for a few days in the chocolate factory, offering intensive lessons on the preparation of cakes, chocolates and different textures of mousses and soufflé.

The practical lessons will be accompanied by historical and theoretical ones and possible visits to production sites.

The price for the 3 days is €900 per person, Italian VAT not included in a group of minimum 4 people. The cooking classes will be carried out from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday through Friday (festivities excluded).

•    Apron and chef hat
•    Lunch based on the preparation during class
