Academia Barilla invites you to discover the many facets of pastry, the preparations and cooking techniques.
A journey through cakes, cookies and cream to delight your days and those of your friends.

The practical lessons will be accompanied by historical and theoretical ones and possible visits to production sites.

The price for the 3 days is €900 per person, Italian VAT not included in a group of minimum 4 people. The cooking classes will be carried out from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday through Friday (festivities excluded).

Classes include:

•    Apron and chef hat
•    Lunch based on the preparation during class
