The art of Italian appetizers

3 days intensive classes at the headquarters of Academia Barilla in Parma

 

Tasty and delicious, starters have evolved as a true course meal of the Italian cuisine. Cold or hot, it can open a tasty dinner or a elaborate buffet.

The practical lessons will be accompanied by historical and theoretical ones and possible visits to production sites.

The price for the 3 days is €900 per person, Italian VAT not included in a group of minimum 4 people. The cooking classes will be carried out from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday through Friday (festivities excluded).

•    Apron and chef hat
•    Lunch based on the preparation during class
