3 days intensive classes at the headquarters of Academia Barilla in Parma
The preparation of fish is a delicate and refined art; reason why Academia Barilla offers a three day training course on handling large and medium size fish, focusing on the techniques of cutting and cooking. We will take you into the world of shellfish and crustaceans. You will learn how to prepare them and how to combine them with other elements; finally you will prepare an entire menu based on fish.
The practical lessons will be accompanied by historical and theoretical ones and possible visits to production sites.
The price for the 3 days is €900 per person, Italian VAT not included in a group of minimum 4 people. The cooking classes will be carried out from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday through Friday (festivities excluded).
