Academia Barilla has created  full immersion practical cooking classes for all those who desire to specialize in specific subjects: a broad list of courses is available to enrich knowledge and experience on products and preparations typical of the Italian cuisine.

All courses are developed in 3 days intensive classes at the headquarters of Academia Barilla in Parma.

The price for the 3 days is €900 per person, Italian VAT not included in a group of minimum 4 people. The cooking classes will be carried out from 9 am to 5 pm , Monday through Friday (festivities excluded).

Classes include:
•    Training aid
•    Attendance certificate
•    Apron and chef hat
•    Lunch based on the preparation during class
