Italo Balbo (1896–1940) was the Aeronautic Minister from September 1929 to November 1933. He was an Italian politician, military officer and pilot. He crossed the Atlantic in 1930 and was Governor of Libya from 1934 to 1940. The standardized menu includes two first courses and two second courses, accompanied by Italian wines.
