Morning: at 8.30 am transfer and visit to producers of: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and Colli di Parma DOC wines, Product tastings and cellar tour.

Afternoon: Arrive in Academia Barilla with presentation of the headquarters, including the prestigious Gastronomic Library. Hands-on cooking class with Academia Barilla professional chefs, in a custom course on authentic Parmesan cuisine and tasting of your preparations.
